his present position, Dr. Graycar was director of the Australian Institute of Criminology, a federal government policy and
research agency. In that post he led work on crime prevention and crimes against business. Dr. Graycar has a Ph.D. from the
University of New South Wales in Australia
Professor Felson
founded the "routine activity approach" to crime prevention, is author of Crime and Everyday Life, and is co-editor of Business
and Crime Prevention as well as Crime and Real Estate Development. He has lectured in twenty nations. Professor Felson has
a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
