ASIS International Phoenix Chapter Members & Other Security Professionals,

Just a short note to remind you of our July 21, 2010 monthly luncheon and meeting.

In our efforts to bring you top notch quality speakers, we are pleased to announce that the speaker for our July 2010 luncheon will be:

Russell Rowe, President of Chief Security Officers, an international supplier of regulatory compliance, audit, IT security, eDiscovery, forensics and business continuity services to global corporations. Russ has over 28 years experience in companies ranging in size from venture capital startups to Fortune 300 companies with $12 billion in revenue. Russ is a member of the Arizona Business Leadership Association and lives with his wife and two children in Scottsdale.

TOPIC:

Mr. Rowe will examine the changes made to the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1995 (HIPPA) through the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH) and the resulting increases in enforcement capabilities at both State and Federal levels.

Chapter Luncheons are held third Wednesday of every month. Networking starts at 11:30 am and lunch is served at 12 noon. May is generally the month we hold our annual seminar.

The meeting location is at the University Club (39 E Monte Vista Rd Phoenix, AZ). Click here for a map. If you are unsure of the location, please contact Judy Rogalski at 602-468-2672 for more information.

The luncheon cost is Chapter member $25.00; non member $30.00. Payment can be made at the door. There is a monthly speaker at each meeting on a subject timely to our industry.

Reservations must be made by NOON the Friday before the luncheon. You are not guaranteed a seat unless you make a reservation.
