Why should you participate as an exhibitor at the 2017 Southwest Security Conference!
Aside from the fact that attendees from ASIS International, Arizona InfraGard and Sonoran Desert Security User Group, happen to be YOUR CUSTOMERS and/or POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS and therefore worthy of your support.
The annual Southwest Security Conference continues to grow every year and with the partnerships between Associations representing both the physical security and IT markets – we have seen a greater number of decision making attendee’s in the past couple of years. Last year, the conference drew approximately 150 attendees. This year our forecast is 200-250+ attendee’s and we believe that goal can and will be met.
The following associations will receive invitations and incentives for their members to attend: ASIS, IFMA, ATAP, BOMA, ISSA, SDSUG, HTOIA, ISACA, IAPP, AZSPF, APSPA, InfraGard, NRF, ISC(2), SWSPF, and OWASP. Incentives include discounted attendee rates and discounted exhibit table rates.
The conference is designed specifically to provide an educational forum for Association members to keep them abreast of the latest developments in their field, as well as, to provide them an opportunity to meet the CPE credit requirements of their various certifications.
This conference is only possible with the participation of vendors/suppliers as sponsors. Your participation is in support of YOUR customers and potential customers along with supporting the Associations your companies are aligned with, on a national and international level. Attendee’s have reported that they do take vendor participation in these events under consideration when selecting vendors for products and services they need. Although they aren’t able to make purchase decisions solely based on this participation, they can and do make it possible for you to at least get involved in the bid process when the opportunity arises.
Additionally – a portion of the proceeds from this event goes to charity so you’re exhibit dollars are providing a benefit to the local community in which you derive your living. This year’s charities that we hope will benefit from your involvement are: Sojourner Center and the American Service Animal Society of Chandler, AZ.
While we believe this conference will be a good business networking opportunity for our exhibitors and that each of you will get a return on your investment equal or greater than the cost of participation – we hope you will make the decision to participate based on a far more holistic evaluation to include the support of education in our fields, support of charity in our local community and support of your specific customer attendees.
Thank you for your consideration in supporting the 2017 Southwest Security Conference!
